One thing I learned from Nava Tehila:
Trust the spirit in the room and my own spiritual leadership. People are showing up because they're thirsty for God's presence, and I'm there because I'm a channel. Part of leadership is empowering other leaders to lead in appropriate ways that build their abilities and even their ambitions- and then nurturing their ambitions even if they take them away from us.
